Privacy policy

AiKiss Video operates aikissvideo.net. This page says what happens to a photo you add in the studio. It is written in plain language.

What stays on your device

The preview reads your photos in the browser. Choosing a file, playing the preview, and removing a photo do not send the image to us. Closing the tab drops the preview.

When you make the clip

A finished clip is made by Wan, Alibaba Cloud Model Studio. An AI Kiss clip uses wan2.6-i2v-flash and sends one JPEG of the frame you composed. If Wan refuses that kiss clip, there is no charge. The kiss price on the pricing page is charged only when you download a clip Wan accepted. A Burning Bridges clip is different: the price on the pricing page is charged before Wan makes it, and the photo is sent with our own party video so your face can replace the lead. If that clip is not delivered, we request a refund of that charge. The JPEG is held in memory for the request and is not written to our disk. The MP4 is stored so you can download it from the return page. It is not placed in a public gallery. If you close the cashier without paying, the card is not charged. Wan may still finish a clip that we do not deliver.

Payment runs in a new browser tab on Waffo. We receive the payment result, not your card number. Alibaba's own retention rules apply to the frame they receive to make the video.

What we do not do

We do not ask you to create an account. We do not put kiss videos in a public gallery. We do not sell photos. We do not use your photos to train a model.

Adults and consent

The studio is for adults who agreed to be in the clip. Do not add a photo of anyone under 18. Do not add a photo of an adult who did not agree. See the terms.

Cookies and email

There is no account. A kiss preview can set one httpOnly cookie, aikiss_browser, so this browser can be counted toward the two free previews. We also store a hash of the IP address for that same count. The paid return page can read the frame from this browser's local storage until Wan accepts it. If you email hello@aikissvideo.net or privacy@aikissvideo.net, we will have that message and use it to reply. We do not run an advertising pixel on this page.
